Refurb Service
As with any piece of equipment, you want to take excellent care of it to make it last as long as possible. We are launching a Refurb Service to help make it even easier for you!
While the cost varies (see details below) depending on the type of device you'd like refurbished, you will receive a like-new refurbished device! We will clean the device, replace any external housings that show wear, replace the battery, and test the device before shipping it back to you. This service also includes a 1-year warranty on the device as well!
Note: If your device is found to be defective, the replacement device will be programmed with the same ID number.

How do I start the process?
The first step is to email support@broodminder.com with the number and types of devices you would like refurbished. From there, an RMA will be issued and you will be provided details on how to pay for the service and where to send your devices.
